Taipei Confucius Temple

There are very few stand alone Confucius Temples in Taiwan and there is a lot to see here so it is a great place to visit.   If you are lucky you may be able to catch some type of cultural activity that is going on at the time of your visit.  I first visited this temple several years ago and they were having a tea ceremony.  They invited me to join and many photos were taken that were then posted on their website.  To my surprise my photo was one.

The Temple is easily reached from the Yuanshan MRT.  Exit the MRt station and go to the first street north of the station, head west and it is only a couple of blocks down the road.  There are also other interesting sites in the area.
