JiouGung Tunnel / SihWei Tunnel

JiouGung Tunnel also known as SihWei Tunnel is located on “Little Kinmen”. Little Kinmen is Lieyu Township, and island next to Kinmen. There is a bridge that is under construction that will connect the islands but for now you need to take a ferry to get there. We wanted to take our scooter on the ferry but it was no space left. This actually saved us money. It is $100 NTD to ferry a scooter in each direction so we would have had to spend $200. They rent electric scooters there for $100 NTD for 3 hours and that was all we needed. There are several things to see there, the tunnel being one of them.
