Special Needs Scooter Parking

I am from the Midwest part of the USA near Chicago.  I have never seen a scooter parking stall in the USA.  The first time that I saw a scooter parking lot in Taiwan I didn’t even know what it was.  I was at a park and there was a small square curbed concrete area with a small opening and it had rectangles painted in it.  Then it dawned on me that it was a little motor scooter parking lot.  Even though I have spent a lot of time in Taiwan I still am fascinated with motor scooters and I see things that I have not seen before.

If you are from the USA I doubt that you would have ever thought about scooter parking or especially scooter parking and scooters for those who have special needs and need accommodations.  Check out the photos.
